• What is HublinkTech?

  HublinkTech is an AI-driven digital company that develops and operates AI-native software platforms, and engineers systems for organisations worldwide. We design and run our own products — including Hublinkly (verified B2B trade), Clavix 360° (AI CRM/ERP), and Ara (AI trade intelligence, in development) — and we engineer systems for organisations across every industry. Based in Istanbul, Türkiye, we serve clients globally.

• What services does HublinkTech offer?

  Six engineering capabilities: AI Platform Engineering, Enterprise Systems, Data and Intelligence, Commerce Systems, Applied AI, and Growth Infrastructure. Each is the same engineering we build and operate for our own platforms.

• Who does HublinkTech work with?

  Organisations that need a system rather than a tool — usually because their operation has outgrown off-the-shelf software, or because what they do has no off-the-shelf equivalent. We work across borders and languages by default.

• What makes HublinkTech different?

  Three things. First, AI is at the core of every product we build, not bolted on at the end. Second, our founder brings 23+ years of international B2B experience across MENA, Europe, and Turkey — operating know-how matched with deep technical skill across software engineering, AI, data and international trade. Third, we co-build with your team rather than handing work over — deep integration during the build, and the same engineers still on the system after launch.

• What is Hublinkly?

  Hublinkly is our AI-powered global B2B trade platform — connecting verified manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers across 150+ countries. It includes a verified-only network, AI matching, multilingual trade advice via Hubi (our AI adviser), smart RFQs, trade-route risk analysis, and real-time market data. • What is Clavix 360°?

  Clavix 360° is our industry-tuned AI CRM and ERP — pipelines, projects, payment plans, commissions, AI-generated proposals, and reporting in one connected workspace. Originally built for real estate and property development teams, it also serves as the reference architecture for the CRM and ERP systems we tailor for clients in other industries.

• What is Ara?

  Ara is an AI trade intelligence agent for B2B, in development at HublinkTech. It is being built to answer cross-border trade questions — classification, duties, documentation and route risk — from live regulatory data rather than search results. It is not available to use yet: the work is still at the research stage.

• How does an engagement work?

  We model the domain first, then design the architecture, then build in production shape from the first commit. We operate what we build, so the work does not end at launch.

• How do you price work?

  Every system is scoped individually. Pricing depends on the engineering, the integrations and whether we operate it after launch. Tell us what needs building and we will come back with a scope and a figure.

• How long does a system take to build?

  A focused system usually reaches production in six to twelve weeks. Larger platforms with multiple integrations run longer. The variable is rarely the code — it is how clearly the domain is understood before building starts.

• Do you provide support after launch?

  Yes — once we ship, we stay with you. We offer 24/7 support across all our services, with monitoring, maintenance, and a clear escalation path. Whether you need a bug fix, new features, or someone on call at 3am, your team has a direct line to ours. Our Service Level Agreement describes our availability targets and response times.

• Do you build with AI?

  Yes — AI is built into our work by default, not added at the end. That means AI-augmented CRMs, intelligent automations, RAG-powered search, AI agents for sales and support, AI-assisted internal tools, and AI-native UX patterns. Where AI isn't the right tool for the job, we'll tell you plainly and pick what is.

• Can you integrate with our existing systems?

  Yes. We routinely integrate with the systems our clients already run — CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), ERPs (SAP, Odoo, NetSuite), accounting and finance platforms, e-commerce stacks, payment processors, identity providers, and custom internal APIs. If it has an API or a database, we can connect to it.

• Do you work internationally?

  Yes. HublinkTech is based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and works with clients across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Asia — remote-first, multi-language, with timezone overlap arranged around your team. Our platforms are global by default — multi-currency, multi-language, and engineered for cross-border commerce.

• Is our data safe with HublinkTech?

  Yes. We treat security and privacy as foundational, not optional. Every system we build uses HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords with modern algorithms, role-based access control, secure secret management, regular security updates, and dependency monitoring. • How does billing work?

  Engagements are milestone-based, with a scope agreed before work starts. Systems we operate after launch move to a monthly arrangement. All figures exclude VAT where applicable.
